infoRouter - prevented from viewing a PDF.

[infoRouter] When accessing a PDF document from infoRouter, it is possible that the new tab will open but not load the PDF.  This appears to be an issue with Internet Explorer's Adobe PDF Reader plugin and can be rectified by following the steps below:


  • Click on the cog icon and then ‘Manage add-ons’ (or Tools -> Manage add-ons)
  • Select ‘All add-ons’:

  • Right-click ‘Adobe PDF Reader’ and click ‘Disable’; then right-click again and click ‘Enable’.
